La chambre “studette SAVANE" est composée d'une pièce à vivre de équipée de :

un dressing
une table et 1 chaise
un pouf et une table basse
une cuisinette entièrement équipée (vaisselle, plaque de cuisson, frigo top, micron-onde-grill, évier…)
une salle de douche privative donnant dans la chambre-même, avec douche, WC et meuble-lavabo
des luminaires
un grand balcon privatif, composé d’un étendoir, une table bistro et 2 chaises, un fauteuil Acapulco

Vous disposez également dans l'étage en COLIVING de 70m² :
- d’un espace bureau dans le COWORKING communautaire
- d'une salle multi-fonction,
- d'une cave - bricolage - stock
- de l'accès à la grande cuisine-buanderie avec 2 lave-linge, 1 sèche-linge, 1 grand four, plaque de cuisson, congélateur...

La maison est constituée de:
- un appartement complet 2 chambres en rez-de-chaussée,

· une buanderie-cuisine communautaire,
· un espace de co-working,

· une cour aménagée.

Charges incluent eau, gaz, Elec, wifi, assurance habitation (pas la RC), ménage de toutes les parties communes de la maison.

LOCALISATION : Situé à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Perpignan (15 minutes à pied), 15 minutes à pied de la gare, 18 minutes en bus des universités. Pharmacie de jour et deux restaurants à 3 minutes à pied. Supérette à 1 minute à pied ouverte tous les jours de 7h à 22h. Supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture. Boulangerie à 7 minutes à pied. Plage à 15 minutes en voiture ou 45 minutes en bus.

Règles de l'immeuble : Il est interdit de fumer à l’intérieur. Les fêtes et la musique forte sont interdites dans l’immeuble. Linge de maison en supplément de 20€ pour le séjour complet. Les studios sont prévus pour 1 personne seule. L'hébergement d'une 2d personne est tolérée pour 1-2 nuits mais si cela devait durer plus de temps, ce sera selon l'accord du propriétaire. Ceci est important afin de respecter le quota de personne dans l'immeuble et la quiétude de celui-ci.

BAIL: Actif ou étudiant. Location meublée 1 an maximum, 1 mois minimum. Possibilité bail étudiant ou mobilité. Éligible APL et Visale. État des lieux. Justificatifs (locataire et garant) : 3 derniers bulletins de salaire, avis imposition, carte d'identité.
