Bonjour, la chambre mansardée est à nouveau disponible après le départ de l’étudiante qui occupait le lieu depuis 2 ans. C’était une belle première expérience, une belle rencontre.
Pour ma part je préfère louer la chambre à une étudiante. Elle aura accès à la cuisine, au salon sans aucune difficulté. Une petite salle de bain est attenante à la chambre. La maison est ancienne et plutôt sonore c’est pourquoi j’espère une étudiante calme et autonome. Par ailleurs le jardin est également accessible.
Pour plus de sécurité je demanderai une garantie pour les loyers impayés.
