Very pleasant 40 m² living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Washing machine, Coffee maker, Freezer, Kettle, Microwave oven, Oven, Fridge / freezer Hob, toaster, juicer.

2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 + 1 sofa bed 140) with dressing room and cupboards as well as 1 convertible sofa bed in the living room
1 walk-in shower room, toilet.

1 of the bedrooms shall be converted to a study room upon request

Please note that the bedrooms are interconnecting. While being individually closed, however, you have to cross bedroom 1 to access bedroom 2. Access to all rooms is possible from the terrace.

Secure and closed parking in front of the accommodation for one car.

The only common part is the entrance gate of the villa, which must remain closed after each entry and exit of vehicles.
