Très agréable chambre moderne, calme, aérée, sur terrasse/jardin, au premier étage d’une maison originale d’artistes (classée maison remarquable au patrimoine). La chambre est équipée d’une kitchenette avec hotte et frigo. Chaque espace de vie est délimité joliment. Espaces rangement. La salle de bains mitoyenne est semi-privative (à partager rarement quand mes enfants ou des amis viennent séjourner brièvement).
Sur le même palier, les toilettes sont à partager (même configuration que salle de bains).

La maison se situe à 3’ à pieds du Strates ce qui lui donne une position idéale, également à 5/10’ de tous commerces, du parc de St Cloud, et des transports. On peut se rendre à Paris (Montparnasse) en train (1/4 d’heure), ou en métro (20’ à 40’ selon la destination).

j'habite dans une maison ancienne de charme avec jardin à 3' à pied du Strates College (montre en main!). J'ai déjà eu deux étudiantes, une du Liban qui est restée 1 an et une de Chine qui est restée 2 ans. J'aurais deux locations à proposer, celle qui est déjà en ligne depuis 3 ans du studio dans la maison, et une autre d'un plus grand studio (indépendant) sur jardin avec terrasse privée. Je suis scénariste et auteur, j'écris, c'est une maison d'artiste. Je crois que les jeunes qui ont habité chez moi ont été heureux ici.
