Description of the accommodation

Nous louons 4 chambres dans notre maison avec une entrée indépendante, à 2 minutes du TRAM A ou B, à 2 minutes du tribunal et de l'école de magistrature, et également de Bus pour aller en centre ville (5 minutes).
Chaque chambre a un lit d’une personne (literie SIMMONS) avec son chevet, son espace bureau, accès ethernet et wifi gratuit, un coin lavabo/douche et une armoire./penderie. Les draps, couettes, serviettes de toilette sont fournis et changés régulièrement.
Un service de nettoyage est prévu dans la semaine pour le confort de tous.
Les WC ainsi que la cuisine sont des pièces en commun.
Nous acceptons les fumeurs mais il faudra qu’il aille fumer dehors !

Je m’appelle Christine Marcadier. Avec Eric mon mari qui est médecin nous avons aménagé cet espace confortable et agréable pour accueillir toutes personnes ayant besoin d’une location pour une semaine, un mois ou plus proche de tous commerces, transports et école comme celle de la magistrature qui est à quelques minutes de chez nous. Une gare de tram toute proche permet de se rendre facilement sur le campus universitaire de Talence.
J’accueille des étudiants de toutes origines depuis 2010 dans notre grande maison, je travaille avec l’Alliance Française, Cap Ulysse et d’autres organismes mais aussi en direct quand cela est possible. En attendant de pouvoir vous rencontrer pour un séjour dans notre belle ville,
