Situé au deuxième étage d'un immeuble de 3 étages, cet appartement dispose d'un grand salon avec cuisine ouverte, ainsi que de trois chambres confortables allant. Vous bénéficierez également d'une salle de bain, d'un WC et d'un box à vélo privé. L'appartement est entièrement meublé et équipé, il ne vous reste plus qu'à poser vos valises et profiter de votre nouveau chez-vous.

Côté pratique, vous serez idéalement situé : un supermarché se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied, la gare du Havre à 14 minutes à pied, les DOCKS à 15 minutes et les universités (Université du Havre, Science Po, INSA) à environ 15 minutes à pied également.

Le loyer mensuel inclue toutes les charges (chauffage, eau, électricité, gaz, internet, Netflix etc.). Le dépôt de garantie demandé est de deux loyers.
