Ces communs sont : cuisine équipée, salon, salle de bains, sanitaire et terrasse, ainsi que tous les équipements présents dans ces pièces.
L'appartement est idéalement placé, au pied des transports en communs (station tramway T2 Jacqueline Auriol en face de l'entrée, gare SNCF La Garenne Colombes à 4 mn, arrêts de bus multiples à moins de 3 mn). Commerces de proximité en face de l'appartement.
