Bonjour, nous sommes Mathieu et Virginie, parents de 3 enfants. Nous avons souhaité mettre en colocation étudiant.e et jeunes travailleurs.euses notre appartement de Rouen, dont Mathieu est originaire. Nous gérons cette colocation en direct (sans agence) et nous nous rendons sur place pour les visites, les accueils et les départs de nos locataires. Nous restons joignables à tous moments et nous parlons couramment anglais. Nous avons aussi quelques notions l'allemand mais peu :-)

We manage this flat directly (without any agency) and we go on site for visits, welcomes and departures of our tenants. We remain reachable at all times and we speak English fluently. We also have some knowledge of German but not much :-)
