Je loue périodiquement mon "Studio d'amis" qui se trouve au RDC de ma maison à Bouc Bel Air ( 12km d'Aix en Provence et 15 km de Marseille). Il est totalement indépendant et fait environ 20m².
Vous avez un coin - kitchenette, salle de douche et WC. Lit de 140x200 , armoire, table et chaises WI-FI de ma maison.
Ça peut être une solution pour quelcun qui se déplace parfois sur Aix ou Marseille pour un stage ou pour quelques jours d'université par mois.
Egalement ça peut être une dépannage de quelques semaines en attendant son appartement.
Vous pouvez garer la voiture en face de la maison, autrement le bus pour aller a Aix ou Marseille (environ 25 minutes vers chaque destination) est à 20 minutes à pieds de notre résidence.
