Je vous propose dans une maison a la campagne une chambre avec lit double, télévision, frigo top, Senseo, micro onde, tablette, vaisselle bureau.
Vous avez accès à toutes les pièces de la maison sauf les autres chambres.
Donc la cuisine, la salle de bain. Et la salle à manger. Il n'y a pas de point d eau dans la chambre.
Il est indispensable d être véhiculé, la maison est à 4km d une ligne régulière de bus pour rouen avec un parking sans risque (toute les dix minutes) en semaine et toute les heures le dimanche. Pour elbeuf vous êtes à dix minutes en voiture de l IUT et Tous vos besoins.
La maison est au calme avec un grand terrain arboré et une terrasse avec Plancha et barbecue. Le chauffage et l'eau sont compris dans la location.
