Colocation meublée au sein d’un grand appartement T5 "Le Bellevue", situé au 5e étage avec ascenseur, rénové avec des prestations haut de gamme, entièrement climatisé avec balcon et vue mer, très lumineux toute la journée, proche des campus universitaires et centre ville à pied.

Chacun des 4 colocataires a une chambre privative meublée. Toutes les chambres ont un accès balcon et une belle vue. L'ensemble de l'appartement est baigné de soleil, meublé, climatisé et équipé (cuisine, salon avec TV, 2 salles de bain WC, rangements).
