Studio de 18 m² avec petit extérieur sur cour très calme avec meubles modernes . clic clac , cuisine entièrement équipée , double vitrage , volet et radiateurs moderne dont 1 sèche serviette dans la salle de bain et une machine a laver .
L appartement est au rez de chaussée dans 1 immeuble de 1 étage donc très agréable.
Pour garder ce calme , je sélectionne bien les locataires et pour sécuriser il y a des caméras dans les couloirs .
L immeuble se situe quartier faubourg de l'Isle a 7mn de la gare a pied , 5 mn de l université , 6mn de l oréal et 2mn des commerces ( poste , banques , etc....)
Loyer 390 euros charges comprises mais sans l électricité et l eau vu qu il y a des compteurs individuels.
Le wifi est en option disponible dans l immeuble en version fibre pour 20 euros
Une caution de 2 mois est demandé vu que c est un vrai meublé.
J accepte les APL et les dossiers visale validés
