Nous proposons cette nouvelle colocation à Athis-Mons situé à 10 min de la gare d’Athis Mons (RER C) et proche des commerces.
Dans un quartier pavillonnaire très paisible, la maison a une superficie de 350 m² et elle est composée de 12 chambres.
Chaque chambre est meublée et contient une salle de bain privée. La cuisine et le salon sont spacieux et très bien équipés.

Les chambres disponibles sont :
Chambre 4 avec salle d'eau privée est disponible à 580€ charges comprises.
Chambre 5 avec salle d'eau privée est disponible à 600€ charges comprises.
Chambre 6 avec salle d'eau privée est disponible à 620€ charges comprises.
Chambre 7 avec salle d'eau privée est disponible à 600€ charges comprises.

Les charges comprennent : eau, électricité, chauffage, internet, assurance habitation, entretien des parties communes (ménage).
