A deux pas de toutes commodités (boulangerie, salle de sport, supermarché, marché de l'estacade, laverie), ce studio de 14m² est disponible à partir de mi août. La gare, Grenoble Ecole de Management et les transports publiques sont à proximité.

Le studio est idéal pour les étudiants de GEM et est exclusivement loué à des étudiants de l'école. La résidence "Bord du Drac" est très sécurisée avec une entrée avec badge et caméra de surveillance. Vous trouverez tout le confort nécessaire et serez au calme.

Il comprend un couchage pour deux personnes, une commode, un grand bureau pour travailler, une kitchenette et une salle de bain indépendante. La kitchenette est équipée d'un micro-ondes/four, d'un réfrigérateur et de plaques électriques. Vous trouverez de la vaisselle et des ustensiles permettant de cuisiner. Vous aurez également à disposition le linge de maison ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour l'entretien du logement.

La fibre (wifi) y est installée et est effective. Le prix inclus l'eau, le chauffage, l'électricité et la wifi.
