La chambre située au 1er étage mesure avec une belle hauteur sous plafond et est meublée avec un canapé lit récent, une commode, une bibliothèque, un bureau avec une chaise et une télévision (accès à la fibre avec le Wifi).

Le locataire aura également accès à une sdb partagée (baignoire, double vasque, WC et sèche serviette) située au même étage. elle pourra également avoir accès à la cuisine avec un compartiment dans le frigo et dans un placard, au jardin avec la piscine chauffée.
Une place de parking est prévue dans la cour d'entrée.

Famille non fumeur avec 2 chats, il est interdit de fumer dans la maison et d'organiser des fêtes.
