Chambre disponible à partir du mois d’octobre dans une maison normande entièrement rénovée et remise à neuf, située à l’entrée de Déville-lès-Rouen, à seulement dix minutes à pied des Docks 76.

La colocation se compose de 6 chambres réparties sur trois étages, à raison de 2 chambres par étage.

La chambre possède une SMART TV.

L’arrêt du tramway T2 « Maison Normande » se trouve à 2 minutes à pied et la ligne de bus 15 passe juste devant la maison.

Il est également possible de rejoindre directement Mont-Saint-Aignan par les escaliers en 10 minutes à pied.
