Description

Chambre chez l'habitant dans un appartement au 3eme étage située dans le centre d’Angoulême, a deux pas du palais de justice. L'immeuble possède un local pour stocker les vélos.

Chambre de 14m² équipée de deux lits simple et une commode. Si nécessaire, je me chargerais d'installer un bureau.
Grand salon commun avec télé et projecteur pour les soirées ciné/jeux vidéo.
Cuisine équipée avec frigo, congélateur, four et plaques a induction. De plus un lave linge est disponible.
Salle de bain avec baignoire et toilettes.

Si vous êtes un étudiant qui a accès au APL je compte faire un contrat de façon a maximiser les aides (pour qu'on s'y retrouve tout les deux). Si vous êtes un intermittent ou jeune actif, il y a la possibilité de faire ça a l'amiable et le loyer sera un peu moindre.
Le loyer est de 400 et les charges (internet, électricité, gaz, charges ménagères, eau...) sont en moyenne de 200 (je régulariserais une fois par an ou chaque mois si vous préférez).
La caution est de deux mois de loyer.
