Bonjour !
Je suis Sandra, propriétaire de l’appartement. Nous vivons en colocation depuis plusieurs années et accueillons régulièrement étudiants et jeunes actifs du monde entier. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, bienveillante et respectueuse.
Une chambre se libère à partir du 1er mai dans notre grand appartement pensé pour la colocation.
Situé au 1er étage d’une petite copropriété de 2 étages, l’appartement est spacieux et lumineux : grand salon avec cheminée, cuisine entièrement équipée (idéal pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner), balcon, terrasse, local à vélos, machine à laver et lave‑vaisselle.
La configuration permet à chacun d’avoir son espace tout en profitant d’endroits agréables pour échanger.
Chambre 1 : entièrement meublée, avec balcon, penderie et grande baie vitrée. La salle de bain et les toilettes attenants (non privatifs) ont été refaits à neuf en 2025.
Chambre 2 : spacieuse et lumineuse grâce à sa double exposition, entièrement meublée également. La salle de bain et les toilettes attenants (non privatifs) ont été refaits à neuf en 2024.
Calme et confortable, idéale pour étudiant(e) ou jeune actif(ve) !

Nous sommes actuellement six occupants (3 actifs et 3 étudiants), 2 étudiants quittent le logement pour de nouvelles aventures suite à l'obtention de leur diplômes.
L’ambiance est calme et studieuse, mais nous partageons volontiers des moments de discussion, souvent dans la cuisine.
Nous (propriétaires) sommes présents quelques jours par semaine pour le travail, disponibles si besoin tout en laissant aux colocataires une totale autonomie.
Atmosphère familiale, conviviale et respectueuse !
Un chat vit dans l’appartement 🐱 → attention en cas d’allergies.
L’appartement est situé au Val d’Argenteuil, bien desservi :
13 min de Paris Saint‑Lazare
20 min de Pontoise
Commerces à proximité : supermarché, épicerie, pharmacie, tabac…

I’m Sandra, the owner of the apartment. We’ve been living in shared accommodation for several years and regularly welcome students and young professionals from around the world. We value a warm, respectful, and friendly atmosphere.

Located on the 1st floor of a small two‑storey building, the apartment is spacious and bright : a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (perfect for those who enjoy cooking), a balcony, a terrace, a bike storage room, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The layout allows everyone to have their own space while still enjoying pleasant shared areas to socialise.

Room 1 : fully furnished, with a balcony, wardrobe and large bay window. The adjoining bathroom and toilet (not private) were renovated in 2025.
Room 2 : spacious and bright with double exposure, also fully furnished. The adjoining bathroom and toilet (not private) were renovated in 2024.
Both rooms are calm, comfortable and ideal for students or young professionals.

We are currently six housemates (3 working professionals and 3 students). Two of the students are leaving the apartment for new adventures after completing their degrees.The atmosphere is generally calm and studious, but we also enjoy sharing friendly conversations, often in the kitchen.
We (the owners) are present a few days a week for work — available if needed, while giving everyone full autonomy.
A family‑like, friendly and respectful atmosphere!

The apartment is located in Val d’Argenteuil, a convenient and well‑connected area :
