My name is Sandra, and I’m the owner of the apartment. I’ve always enjoyed living in shared flats, and I’m now offering one room to share our apartment with students or young professionals.

We are currently six flatmates (four students and two working professionals), and one room will be available from May 1st.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It’s located in a small, quiet building and features a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, and a terrace currently being renovated.

The room is fully furnished, with access to a shared bathroom (not private).

The apartment is located in Val d’Argenteuil, just 13 minutes from Paris Saint-Lazare by train (and 20 minutes from Pontoise), close to all amenities: supermarket, grocery stores, pharmacy, bakery, etc.

The layout is perfect for a shared flat, offering a balance between shared spaces and personal privacy.

We are looking for a calm, clean, and responsible flatmate.

Important note: we have a cat, so please keep that in mind if you have allergies.

Rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, internet, housing tax).
Housing aid (APL) is possible.
Security deposit required.

Je suis Sandra, la propriétaire de l'appartement. J’ai toujours vécu en colocation et je propose aujourd’hui de partager notre appartement avec des actifs et des étudiants.


Nous sommes actuellement six colocataires (deux actifs et quatre étudiants), et une chambre se libère à partir du 1 mai.


L’appartement est spacieux et confortable. Il est situé dans une petite copropriété et comprend un grand salon avec cheminée, une cuisine toute équipée, un balcon, et une terrasse en cours d’aménagement.


La chambre proposée est meublée et dispose d’une salle de bain attenante (non privative), refaite à neuf en 2025.


L’appartement se trouve dans le quartier du Val d’Argenteuil, à 13 minutes de Paris Saint-Lazare (et 20 minutes de la gare de Pontoise), proche de toutes commodités : supermarché, épicerie, pharmacie, tabac, commerces de bouche…


La configuration est idéale pour une colocation, avec des espaces partagés agréables tout en respectant l’intimité de chacun.


Nous recherchons un ou une colocataire calme, sérieux(se) et propre.


À noter : nous avons un chat, donc attention si vous êtes allergique.


Loyer charges comprises (eau, électricité, internet, taxe d’habitation).
