Exterior Double Room with Balcony. The room does not include sheets or pillows, only the cover for the mattress.

SERVICES AND RELEVANT INFORMATION:
- Cleaning service in the common areas of the flat for free (Once a week)
- Maintenance technician for repairs
- Possibility of moving to another room in the company
- Contract management. Legal rental contract.
- Office suppcort, inquiries, general matters during your stay
- Registration management.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Deposit: 1 month's rent that we will give you back after your check-out date. (Rent + supplies)
- ID/Passport and Working Contract or Proof of being a student are required. You will need to send us a copy of these documents before your arrival.
- 1-year contract: The initial contract will be a maximum of one year with the possibility of being renewed at the end of the stay.
