2. Complete my rental record
I can upload all my information and required documents online. With a completed rental record, I have 3 times more chances to get a positive answer!
3. Receive answers within 72 hours
I never get ghosted with Studapart: I always receive an answer, even if negative.
4. Visit online or in person
It's up to me to visit the room online with the virtual visit or arrange it with the owner.
5. Online payment
After the visit, I can confirm the booking by paying online the first month of rent and the service fees.
6. The room is yours!
I'm officially renting the room. I just need to sign the contract with the owner and get the keys. Well done!
