Grenad'inn offers 118 apartments, organized in studios or T2. Each apartment is rented fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor hood and storage space) and a living room area, a sleeping area, an office area with plenty of storage space, and a private bathroom. The T2 apartments have a living room and an independent bedroom. The apartments are all bright, modern and carefully decorated.
At UXCO, we place the customer experience at the heart of our concerns. With this in mind, you will be able to take advantage of large common areas including: a chill out area with a sofa and a TV, a table football, a co-working area, a large fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for meals with friends. All this in a decoration mixing pastel colors, graphic paintings and design furniture, which creates real friendly spaces, conducive to exchanges and sharing.
A full range of services is available to you. You will be able to take advantage of a high-speed wifi internet connection, a laundromat, a private and secure car park, the rental of household appliances, cleaning services...
Finally, a manager is present in each UXCO residence. A real host, he will be there to accompany you, from the visit of your accommodation to your departure. Throughout the year, he/she will organize events in the residence that will give you the impression of living in a large shared apartment.
The rent includes hot/cold water, heating, and high speed wifi internet connection.
