The KLEY Clermont residence comprises 404 flats, ranging from studio flats (18 to 32m²) to shared apartments (T3, T5, T6, T7), and can accommodate up to 463 tenants.
Our rents are inclusive of all charges (wifi, water, electricity, access to communal areas), so the only thing you need to take out is home insurance.
For an 18m² studio, our prices start from €604, all charges included.
Our residence offers a range of communal areas, including a gym, a projection room, several work areas, a common room with a relaxation area and kitchen, and two roof-tops.
We also have a large secure car park (€40/month) and a bicycle storage area.
The best thing about our residences: the Kley team is on hand from Monday to Friday to help students.
Outside office hours, a security service is in place to ensure the peace and safety of our tenants.
