2 supermarchés (1 Monoprix et 1 Carrefour City) à 5 et 8 mn à pieds (dans lesquels je pourrai vous faire bénéficier en permanence de 5% de réduction).

Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin (boucherie, poissonnerie, fromagerie, restaurants, multiplexe Pathé de 9 salles, etc…) et arrêt de tramway le plus proche (T2 "Monge") à 5 mn à pied.

Plusieurs arrêts de bus ou des navettes électriques gratuites Divia City et parkings (payants) à quelques mn à pied (voir plans sur le site divia.fr).

Campus de l’Université de Bourgogne à environ 20 mn en bus (arrêt le plus proche des lignes de bus L5 desservant le campus universitaire à quelques mn à pied).

BSB à environ 15 mn à pied/5 mn en vélo (station de vélos en libre service sur la place).

Électricité et éventuel(s) abonnement(s) internet/téléphone fixe/tv à la charge du locataire.

Chauffage électrique (radiateurs à panneaux rayonnants performants et économiques).
