deux chambres à louer dans un appartement (sur 3 chambres) , mais pas de clause de responsabilité en cas de départ de l'un des locataires en cours d'année visite possible sur rendez-vous l'appartement : - à 5 mn à pied de la gare, rue Nodot, au 7e étage, avec ascenseur et chauffage collectif, dans un immeuble très calme - arrêts de tram ou de bus et commerces sont tout proches cet appartement comporte en commun : - une cuisine entièrement équipée (y compris 1 lave-linge), avec loggia permettant le séchage, - une salle de bains - ainsi que des WC séparés les chambres personnelles (qui sont meublées, bien entendu) ferment toutes à clef (APL possible) fenêtres doubles vitrages et volets roulants deux chambre à louer donnant sur un parc, avec lit de 140 en mezzanine, pour un loyer de 390 euros chacune, dont charges 20 euros (wi-fi incluse) la troisième est louée à une jeune étudiante italienne je suis à votre disposition pour tout autre renseignement
