Pour étudiant, travailleur en déplacement, ou voyageur occasionnel, je propose 4 chambres privatives à la location en maison familiale partagée dont je suis propriétaire dans une grande résidence pavillonnaire très tranquille avec de grands espaces verts, et que j'habite également avec ma compagne et un petit animal de compagnie (Spitz nain femelle). Chaque chambre dispose d'un couchage pour 2 personnes maximum, et d'un dressing indépendant.
La maison dispose de 2 terrasses avec jardin, avec parasols barbecue plancha tables et chaises de jardin. Au rez de Chaussée une entrée avec dressing, WC lavabo indépendant, une cuisine très bien équipée y compris télévision, un local réserves buanderie lave-linge sèche linge, un grand salon salle à manger avec TV box internet Wifi chaine Hifi, A l'étage les 4 chambres avec clé individuelle, grand palier, 2 salles de bains, WC indépendant, 5eme chambre propriétaire en combles aménagés. Je pratique un tarif tout compris par chambre (charges de résidence, chauffage central gaz, eau chaude eau froide, électricité, Wifi internet, femme de ménage, linge de maison et repassage possible)
