- A proximité de la Préfecture (place Verdun), de la Mairie, de la place Grenette et de la place Victor Hugo.

La Colocation est constituée de 6 Chambres avec salle de bains individuelles. Les chambres sont équipées principalement d'un lit convertible (140x190), d'un grand placard dressing, d'un bureau, d'un fauteuil, de rideaux occultants, d'un petit frigo, d'une prise internet murale...
