The present tenants: Daniel, who is doing his master of aménagement geographie in UGA, Paulo, who is doing his master in chemical, Roy, who is doing his master in architecture.

The apartment is spacious and composed of 5 lovely rooms with the surfaces between 9m² and 11m², each room coming fully furnished for your comfortable stay (with a single bed, double
wardrobe, a large desk and a chair, large drawers, hanging rail, quilt and pillow. All rooms are very bright with wide windows and open view on the mountains or the city.

The collective parts of the apartment are: a lobby, a bathroom, a shower room, a separate toilet, a drying room and the kitchen.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you find the oven, the microwave, the boiler, the rice cooker, the toaster, the fan, the utensils, the refrigerator and the washing machine.

There's a beautiful park around the residence, with a nice view on the Alpes.

TRANSPORTATION
The bus stops for Bus C4 and Bus N° 12 are of 2 minutes on foot, the tram station is of 5 minutes on foot. To go to the reailway station, GEM, Grenoble INP, the Universtiy of Grenoble Alpes, it takes 20 minutes on tram or bus.

WHAT’S NEARBY
You can walk across the park to get to the shopping mall Grand’Place, where you find the supermarket Carrefour, beside many well-known brand shops. There are also other supermarkets such as Auchan , Lidl as well as a post office, banks and other shops nearby.
