Je vous propose une chambre dans ma maison située à La Rochelle, proche de la gare SNCF et routière. Elle est située à 15 mn à pied du vieux port ! Ligne de bus et commerce à proximité ! J’habite avec 2 colocataires !
Nous partageons les parties communes (cuisine, SDB et WC). La location est disponible fin novembre TOUT COMPRIS Vous avez accès à tout l’équipement nécessaire dans la maison !

La chambre est équipée d’un grand lit à eau , un portique et un bureau ! Si vous êtes respectueux, propre et jovial, vous passerez un agréable moment avec nous ! Vous aurez un contrat d’établi et une quittance de loyer ! la chambre est éligible à la CAF
Un contact téléphonique, voir une visio, si vous ne pouvez pas vous déplacer afin de faire connaissance !
