It is a very nice, duplex-type apartment, fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Everything has been carefully though for your comfort, both in the bedrooms and in the common areas. The apartment is calm and appropriate to study. At the same time, it is very friendly, facilitating exchanges between roommates. It has been renovated and refurnished in 2022.

It is 12 min walk from the University area, with immediate access to public transport and many shops (supermarket, bakery, gym,…) are nearby.
