Bright, fully-equipped 3-window studio apartment 5 minutes' walk from "Mairie des Lilas" metro station / Line 11.

Public transport
5 min walk from the flat:
- Metro station "Mairie des Lilas" / line 11.
15 min by metro to reach the centre of Paris ("Châtelet" metro station / Paris 1 / line 11).
7 min walk from the flat:
- Metro station "Porte des Lilas" / line 11 and line 3 bis.

The Studio is in the city, but just enough off the main street to be able to find some calm.
The accommodation includes a washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, 2 induction hobs and TV.
