The LOGIFAC Le Virgile student residence is located on Marcel Mérieux Street, right in the heart of the Gerland business district, in the 7th arrondissement of Lyon, just a short walk from the Confluence district. It benefits from a strategic location, close to ENS, ISARA, Brassart School, MBway, and ESSCA — ideal for studying!

The studios and T2 apartments are fully furnished, with a equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The residence also features a pleasant interior courtyard, perfect for relaxing. Secure and friendly, it offers a reassuring living environment, with LOGIFAC teams present throughout the year to support you.

The residence is eligible for housing assistance (ALS). And in case of failing the baccalaureate, an exam, or admission to another city, you can cancel your lease without fees (see conditions).

The area has excellent public transport links, with tramway T1, several bus routes and metro B (Debourg station) just a few minutes from the residence.
