Résidence Célibatel

The CELIBATEL residence offers budget-friendly rooms in a prime location. Right outside the residence, the T2 Tram takes you in less than 10 minutes to Lyon 2 University (Bron), Sciences Po, Manufacture des Tabacs, and both Perrache and Part-Dieu stations. All local amenities are within a 5-minute walk: two supermarkets, a pharmacy, a post office, medical services, and fast food options.

Each unit is designed for your comfort and includes a kitchenette equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The living space is fully furnished with a small single bed (80 x 190 cm), a desk with a chair, shelving, and a wardrobe for storage.

The bathroom facilities, including showers and toilets, are located on each floor and are shared by six rooms. They are cleaned daily by a professional maintenance team.
