No administrative fees for signing any rental agreement for a period of 1 to 6 months maximum, starting between March 1st, 2026, and August 31th, 2026, inclusive. 75% reduction on September rent for Nexity Studéa residences in the following cities: Amiens, Marseille, Nantes, Rennes, Strasbourg, Tours, Villeurbanne, Bordeaux, Mérignac, Talence, and Cenon. Eligibility requirements: - Signing a standard or multiple-unit lease agreement with an effective date on or before July 7, 2026. - The customer must return a coupon to take advantage of the offer. It must be sent by email with a read receipt by July 19, 2026, to the following address: RESA-STUDEA@nexity.fr Email subject line: SEPTEMBER OFFER COUPON The coupon must be sent separately from the lease agreement via email by the customer; otherwise, the customer will not be eligible for the offer. NO COUPONS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO THE RESIDENCE MANAGERS. - If the customer fails the exam, they must notify the Residence Manager by phone or email and submit proof of failure as soon as the results are released to receive a refund (with a grace period through July 10, 2026, inclusive). - If we do not receive a response from the customer by July 10, 2026, inclusive, we will assume that the customer passed their exam. The lease agreement will therefore remain active, and we will process the financial records for their account. - If the tenant leaves the residence before the 6-month rental period is up, the rent for the month of September, which was waived as part of this offer, will be re-billed by Nexity Studéa upon the tenant’s departure. - To qualify as a new customer: that is, any person who has never previously been a tenant in Nexity Studéa residences or any person whose last Nexity Studéa lease agreement ended more than one year prior to the signing of the new contract. - This offer cannot be combined with any other Nexity Studéa offer, with the exception of the referral program and one-time promotional offers.
