Currently in the apartment are 3 students in veterinary school, they are all 18 years old. One room is free.

- "Place Colbert" 1 minute walk (shops, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, boulangerie, grocery store...)
- Universities (Neoma, IUT,UFR, Staps, UniLaSalle, ESC...)
