New residence (opening September 1, 2019), studio and T1 Bis furnished and equipped: bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen (hotplates, fridge and microwave), bed, desk. Included in your rent: high speed internet (100Mbps max), cold and hot water. Most of the apartments have a balcony (300 days of sunshine per year on average in Montpellier). Our residence is secured with video surveillance and offers a reception 5 days a week, provided by our manager who lives on site. A coworking room, a laundry room, parking spaces and a bicycle parking area are at your disposal. This residence (BBC certified) meets high energy performance standards. Close to the Montpellier Business School (1.1 km), the residence Le Gabriel is served by the Tramway Line 1 (station at 500 meters) which allows direct and fast connections with the University of Montpellier: Odontology (16 minutes), Medicine (20 minutes), I.U.T. (20 minutes), Sciences on the Triolet campus (23 minutes). The historic centre of Montpellier is 25 minutes away (tramway line 3) or less if combined with a bicycle. We offer short stays for students but also for teachers in training, researchers and young workers.
