A brand new student residence in the heart of Montpellier, L'Apothicaire invites you to live a true student experience.

L'Apothicaire offers 101 apartments, from studio to T1. Each apartment is rented fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor fan and storage space) and a living room area, a sleeping area, an office area with plenty of storage space, and a separate bathroom. The apartments are all bright, modern and carefully decorated.

At UXCO, we place the customer experience at the heart of our concerns. With this in mind, you will be able to take advantage of more than 95 m² of common spaces including: a chill out area with a sofa and a TV, a co-working area, a large fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for meals with friends. All this in a natural decoration which invites to relaxation, and a vintage and design furniture to facilitate meetings and exchanges.

A complete range of services is at your disposal. You will be able to take advantage of a high speed wifi internet connection, a laundromat, a private and secure car park, household appliances rental, cleaning services...

Finally, a manager is present in each UXCO residence. A real host, he will be there to accompany you, from the visit of your accommodation to your departure. Throughout the year, he or she will organize events in the residence that will give you the impression of living in a large shared apartment.

The rent includes hot/cold water, heating, and high speed wifi internet connection. All you have to do is put your bags down and bring your favorite blanket to feel at home!
