La maison de Marie est située au 4 rue amiral Ronarc'h à NANTES, face au chronobus C1 et C6, à deux pas de l'Erdre, à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare SNCF et de la ligne de tram n°2 arrêt Motte Rouge (directe universités, Audencia...). Elle accueille dans une ambiance collégiale, studieuse et élégante, des étudiants ou jeunes diplômés, au nombre de 7.
Elle est composée d'espaces communs tels que la cuisine aménagée et équipée (plaques vitro 4 feux, 2 réfrigérateurs congélateur King Size, four pyrolyse, MALVaisselle, casseroles, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle), une buanderie et réserve (avec un rayonnage/personne/chambre) avec MALL et Sèche-linge, tancarville, fer et table à repasser, aspirateur, balai serpillère...) et VMC , une grande salle à manger avec coin salon (canapé, lampes, table, bancs, chaises, tapis, un écran plat...), une salle TV avec petit coin repos canapé, box internet, WC au rdc et à l'étage.

La maison de Marie est décorée avec des matières élégantes et contemporaines avec du parquet de grand passage. Elle propose également deux jardins aménagés et fleuris pour les temps de repos, ainsi qu'un garage pour entreposer vélo et autres. Un ménage hebdomadaire est réalisé par une société spécialisée dans tous les espaces communs.

Je m'appelle Corinne et je suis là pour vous accueillir lorsque vous arrivez sur Nantes, même sur des courtes périodes, et que vous ne connaissez personne. Je gère des locatifs depuis 20 ans, récemment aidée par ma fille Agathe, qui a 20 ans. Nous pouvons vous proposer des biens meublés en colocation ou en bail unique, soient dans des logements de 2 chambres soient dans des Co-living. C'est une maison nommée " la Maison de Marie" , décorée avec élégance et fonctionnalité, qui disposent de chambres avec SDE privative, et des services et espaces partagés (salon salle à manger, cuisine, buanderie, jardins, salle de jeux...barbecue, vélos....tout est entièrement équipé ). Notre métier c'est d'être à votre écoute, et de tout mettre en oeuvre pour vous faciliter votre arrivée, avec votre valise , clefs en main! A la rentrée prochaine, une nouvelle maison pourra vous accueillir ; il s'agit de la Maison d'O. dans de très grands espaces intérieurs comme extérieurs, à 5/10 mn en vélo des facs, bus aux pieds de la maison: cette maison sera entièrement équipée et bénéficiera en plus d'une salle de cinéma, pour les amoureux des projections, de 50m².
