The Ile de Nantes, formerly known as "Ile Beaulieu", is known and recognized for its "Machines de l'Ile", its emblematic elephant and the "quartier de la Création", a new dynamic and cultural place not to be missed!

The residence offers you a privileged living environment, in the immediate vicinity of the Interdisciplinary University Centre dedicated to Digital Technology, the Law Courts, the School of Fine Arts, the Graphic Arts Centre, the banks of the Loire and numerous shops and restaurants.
Most of the universities and schools are located within 700m.
