I am renting this apartment of 30 m² (including 5m² outside balcony) in the Thiers/Musiciens neighborhood just above Mozart park. The surroundings are very quiet and Nice train station is only 5 min walk from the apartment. The apartment has just been renovated. It is on the 6th and last floor with an elevator going up to the 5th floor.
