Quartier résidentiel du Mont-Boron à 5-10 minutes à pied du port et de l'ESRA et à 20 minutes à pied de la Fac de St Jean d'Angély ou d'IPAG. Plusieurs Bus dont le n°33 au pied de l'immeuble qui vous emmèneront en quelques minutes partout en centre-ville avec correspondance au Port avec le Tramway.
En bas du studio vous disposez de tous les services : un supermarché Bio, une pharmacie, une superette, cabinet médical etc. Intermarché à 10 minutes et Centre Commercial Carrefour à 10-15 minutes à pied.
