Je m'appelle Estelle Tessier et je suis propriétaire et gestionnaire de résidences étudiantes à Orléans depuis plus de 20 ans. Forte de cette longue expérience, j’ai à cœur d’offrir un cadre de vie calme, sûr et adapté aux besoins des étudiants.

Je possède quatre résidences situées à Orléans, regroupant au total 32 chambres étudiantes. Toutes mes résidences sont bien entretenues et conçues pour offrir confort, tranquillité et conditions idéales pour les études.

Un suivi attentif et réactif
Je vis à proximité immédiate de mes résidences, ce qui me permet d’être très réactive pour intervenir en cas de petits soucis ou besoins spécifiques. Les étudiants et leurs familles apprécient la disponibilité, la présence et le sérieux avec lesquels je gère chaque situation.

Des logements exclusivement pour étudiants
Par choix et pour préserver une ambiance studieuse et sereine, je ne loue pas aux jeunes travailleurs. Cela garantit un environnement homogène, calme et propice à la réussite scolaire.
