The building is connected to the fiber optic network and provides a secure high speed wifi access in the common areas as well as in all the apartments.

Placed under video surveillance for the safety of all, access is by individual badge and intercom connected via smartphone for visitors.

The laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities) located near the entrance hall is open 24 hours a day with a central payment system.
A la carte services are also available such as linen supply and cleaning, apartment cleaning and a parking space in the secure basement.

The residence is managed and animated by a manager/animator present on site 5 days a week.

He can manage your mail and parcels in your absence and can also lend you equipment (vacuum cleaner...).
