Ecla Paris Massy-Palaiseau is located just 30 minutes from Paris, in the Essonne region, 7 minutes' walk from the Massy-Palaiseau RER B & C and TGV train stations. The residence is located near the Saclay plateau and its schools (bus line). Ecla is today the largest residence dedicated to co-living in Europe and welcomes more than 1,000 residents, mostly international, students or young professionals. As a resident at Ecla, you have access to approximately 4000m² of common spaces and services including a gym, video and gaming rooms, music studio, movie box and street food areas. You benefit from an all-inclusive offer that includes your rent, all charges (hot and cold water, electricity, maintenance of common areas) but also WiFi, included services (individual mailboxes, parcel reception, loan of equipment etc.) and access to common areas. All apartments are furnished, equipped and eligible for CAF aid. Please note that there is a charge of 40 euros for upstairs accommodation.
