Hello! We offer spare bedrooms in our spacious family house!
I live here with my 20-year-old twin sons, as well as one or two other students, depending on the time of year, and a small dog. I work from home, and to ensure everyone feels comfortable, I’ve set up a few house rules so that everyone can feel at ease and my family life can flourish.
Bedrooms are furnished with comforter and pillows, a desk and its chair and storage spaces. We are located at 5 minutes walking distance from the very nice park Montsouris and the great bars of Butte aux Cailles' quarter, 10 mn to Montparnasse. All the shops are less than 1minute walking: Bakeries, Pharmacy, various Supermarkets, Cinemas, Bars, Brasseries, Restaurants, shops etc... Close to all public transportation, 250 meters from Alesia metro station, Line 4, RER B. Looking very forward welcoming you!
NOTE : Common areas: kitchen and bathroom only The use of the kitchen is available to tenants for the preparation of simple meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner time for a period of max 30-40min and no later than 20:15pm (to be check with your school planning of course!)
