THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Passage Penel is a quiet cut-through in the north of the 18th, near the Mairie du 18e and Jules Joffrin. Metro Porte de Clignancourt (line 4) is about 200 m away, with Simplon (line 4) and Jules Joffrin (line 12) also within walking distance.

- You can register at this address (proof of address provided), useful for your bank account, residence permit and administrative steps

- Deposit returned within 30 days after the end of the lease

TO BOOK
Passport copy and proof of income (employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, last 3 payslips, or a guarantor). The deposit and membership fee are charged once you enter your payment details online. Rent is only due a few days before your contract starts.

LEAVING
Departures are at the end of the month: rent is due through the last day of your final month.
