Applicants must keep their main residence elsewhere (in France or abroad) and provide proof, such as a recent tax notice, a utility bill or a rental contract for that address. The lease will be a civil lease (bail civil) and will state the tenant’s main address and the reason for the stay (work, studies, personal reasons).

Documents needed: ID, proof of main residence elsewhere, proof of income or guarantor, and a short statement of the reason for the stay.
