The student residence, Saint Antoine in Paris, is located in the heart of the 11th arrondissement of Paris, close to the Place de la Nation, the metro and the RER A, near the Saint Antoine Hospital, the IFSI, the Quinze Vingt Hospital, a 5-minute walk from the ESG MBA and a 25-minute metro ride from Paris Descartes University. Very quiet, fully secured and under video surveillance, the residence is composed of studios from 16 to 28 m² and T2 from 36 to 42 m² as well as duplex from 24 to 33 m². The apartments are equipped with contemporary and design furniture and equipment as well as a crockery kit. A study and relaxation room is available to students. Tenants also have access to a laundry room at an additional cost. Cold water charges are included in the rent. High speed internet access by fiber optic in the apartments and the common areas is offered. A reception is available for students to manage their daily life in the residence and to receive their parcels.
