A brand new student residence in the heart of Pau, Fokus invites you to live a real student life experience.

Fokus offers 144 apartments, from the cosy studio to the large 3-room flat. Each apartment is rented fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor fan and storage space) and a living room area, a sleeping area for the studios and an independent bedroom for the T2 and T3 apartments, an office area with plenty of storage space, and a private bathroom. The apartments are all bright, modern and carefully decorated. At UXCO we place the customer experience at the heart of our concerns. With this in mind, you will be able to take advantage of more than 160 m² of common areas including: a chill out area with a sofa and a TV, a co-working area, a large fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for meals with friends. All this in a natural decoration which invites to relaxation, and a design and practical furniture to facilitate the meetings and the exchanges.

A complete range of services is at your disposal. You will be able to take advantage of a high speed wifi internet connection, a laundromat, a private and secure car park, the rental of household appliances, cleaning services...

Finally, a manager is present in each UXCO residence. A real host, he will be there to accompany you, from the visit of your accommodation to your departure. Throughout the year, he or she will organize events in the residence that will give you the impression of living in a large shared apartment.
