Dans un environnement calme à proximité des campus universitaires de PESSAC et TALENCE, et du lycée Pape Clément (Pessac), je propose à la location une grande maison avec terrasses et jardin, 4 chambres, (1 personne par chambre) toutes équipées d'un lit simple modulable en double, d'une armoire ou d'un placard, chaise et bureau.

La maison a été rénovée et meublée, peintures refaites également, le grand jardin est bien entretenu. (C'est compris dans les charges)
Au RDC, la cuisine, tout équipée (plaque vitrocéramique, four, four microonde, meubles, frigo/congélateur, lave-linge séchant...) offre une vue et un accès direct sur le grand jardin derrière la maison.

Vous trouverez une grande pièce de vie meublée très lumineuse avec sa grande fenêtre et sa baie vitrée donnant sur la partie de jardin devant la maison et sur le côté.
Il y a également, un W.C au RDC.

A l'étage : les 4 chambres, dont une avec balcon. Toutes sont lumineuses.
Il y a une une salle de bain avec un autre W.C. à l'étage. La salle de bain a été refaite en 2024, ainsi que les peintures.
Dans le jardin, une table et des bancs et chaises sont à disposition, ainsi qu'un barbecue électrique.

Un cabanon permet de ranger vos vélos, trottinettes ou autre.
Vous pourrez vous détendre (ou étudier) sur l'une des grandes terrasses ou dans le jardin sous le grand arbousier.

Pour les transports :
- Plusieurs lignes de bus à 5 min à pied vers Bordeaux, Pessac centre, les campus universitaires Pessac/Talence. .
- Tram arrêt Pessac centre : 15 minutes à pied ou 7 minutes en vélo. (Il y a une station vélo à côté de la maison)
- gare SNCF 15 min à pied (ou 5 min en voiture). Le train vous emmène à Bordeaux gare Saint Jean en 6 min.
- en vélo : 20 minutes de la maison pour aller sur les campus de Pessac/ Talence.

Internet par fibre, TOM, entretien des haies et du grand jardin, compris dans les charges.
Les frais d'eau, gaz et électricité sont à prévoir ( A diviser entre les colocataires)

Nous sommes disponibles et très réactifs en cas de besoin pendant toute la durée de la location. Maison en excellent état.
