colocation de 5 chambres , créée en 2020, parfait état. Chaque chambre est meublée d'un lit double, étagères , armoire, bureau et donne sur un joli jardin. Il s'agit d'une maison individuelle de 5 chambres, occupée par des étudiants garçons et filles, avec deux salles d'eau, 2 wc, cuisine équipée ( lave vaisselle, four , lave linge sèche linge frigos, congélateurs), salon grande TV, internet, garage. La colocation se situe à 5 minutes en vélo ou 15 min à pied de l'hôpital Xavier Arnozan et des écoles des métiers de la santé , 9 min de l'hôpital Haut Lévèque , 7 min à pied des commerces de Pessac Alouette et du tram désservant les facultés et écoles de Pessac et Talence ( 30 à 40 min en transports en commun, 20 min a vélo). Elle est également à 5 minutes à Pied de la gare TER. Cette colocation est réservée aux étudiants ou jeunes travailleurs de moins de 30 ans . En l'absence d'un revenu correspondant à trois fois le montant du loyer, un garant sera demandé. .Le loyer est de 430 euros + 80 euros provision de charges (électricité ,eau, gaz, wifi, chauffage et taxe sur ordures ménagères) selon la taille des chambres.Pas de solidarité entre les colocataires.
